Bidding and Quoting Manager with more than 20 years of engineering and management experience in manufacturing, telecommunications, and new technology industries. Matt has extensive experience working with Design Engineering to drive PCBs/PCBAs & mechanical assemblies through the launch process phases – concept, design, validation, qualification, and production ramp. He leverages his experiences from decades of work and different roles to help every facet of our partners’ product development run smoothly. By using project management best practices, process improvement and corrective actions, Matt ensures that Arctos delivers on-time and on-budget. Skilled in: Concurrent Design, Configuration Management, BOM, ECO, MCO, MRB, CCB, Defect Reduction, New Product Development and Lifecycle Management, Production Planning, and Root Cause Analysis.
